Shipping policy

1. Shipping Area and Exclusions

We currently ship exclusively to physical addresses within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington D.C.).

We do not ship to: Alaska , Hawaii , Guam, Puerto Rico , U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, or other outer U.S. territories.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer Free Shipping for all eligible orders shipped to the continental United States. There are no hidden delivery fees charged at checkout.

3. Order Cut-Off, Processing, and Transit Times

All times are calculated based on standard business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM Central Time (CT). Orders placed before 4:00 PM on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.
  • Order Processing Time (Handling Time): 1 to 2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
  • Shipping Time (Transit Time): 3 to 7 business days. Transit time begins once the carrier scans and accepts the parcel at our fulfillment center.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 9 business days (Handling Time + Transit Time).

4. Shipping Carriers and Tracking

Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment warehouse using reliable domestic shipping carriers, including FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Once your shipment is processed, a tracking number and confirmation link will be emailed to you.

If your tracking information shows no updates for more than 7 consecutive days, please contact us at support@wnpcushion.com with your order number for investigation.

5. Sales Tax Information

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax. Where required, sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on the customer's shipping address. No hidden service, handling, or transaction fees will be added.

6. PO Boxes and Address Accuracy

  • No PO Boxes: We are unable to deliver shipments to PO Box addresses. A physical street address is required for all orders.
