Return & Refund policy
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent return process. WNP is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. If our products don’t meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Order Cancellation
- Before Processing: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 1 business day of placing the order, provided the order has not yet entered processing.

After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
If you no longer wish to keep the item, please contact us for instructions on initiating a return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- All returns require prior authorization.
- Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Items that show visible signs of use, stains, odors, or misuse may not be eligible for a refund. Normal inspection or trial for fit does not affect eligibility.
- Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements will not be processed. All approved returns must be shipped to our U.S. return center in Memphis, TN. (5625 Challenge Dr, suite 104, Memphis, TN 38115)
How to Request a Return
- Email support@wnpcushion.com with your order number, photos of the package or item, and the reason for return.
- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions and the return address if approved. If the product is defective or incorrect, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
All return requests must be approved prior to shipment. Customers are responsible for following the provided return instructions.
All return requests are handled by WNP in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds
- Once a return is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, etc.).
- Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after inspection.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at support@wnpcushion.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
- This time frame applies specifically to damaged or incorrect items and does not affect the standard return window for eligible returns.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
