Shipping Policy

Shipping Area: We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.
*Please note: We do not ship to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) on business days. Orders received after the cut-off time will begin processing the next business day.
Processing time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping time:
- Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your local carrier.
- Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
- Shipping carriers may vary based on destination and warehouse availability.
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (4-9 Business Days)
Shipping carrier: Your order will be shipped via USPS or FedEx.
If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for all orders.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. We will assist in investigating with the carrier.
- Please note: we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Tax Information: Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout according to U.S. state and local laws. No additional taxes or fees are charged on domestic U.S. orders.
